About me

I am a web developer with strong software design principles and hands-on architectural experience, as well as extensive knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and an eye for design. Whatever the project I am working on, the approach remains the same: enjoying the work I do by injecting quality and creativity into every stage in the process.

I bring a wide-ranging expertise with one sole purpose; to develop interactive and high quality websites and applications.

Every project I undertake is another challenge for me and I constantly bring innovative ideas in order to broaden my technical expertise.

I am enthusiastic and self-motivated developer who's willing to hack on things and not afraid to innovate to get the job done. My thirst for knowledge is insatiable, and I enjoy sharing what I find. I am organized, clear-headed, willing to tackle the hard problems first, and willing to work closely with other like-minded individuals to achieve success and overcome obstacles. I am creative, and proud of the high standard to which I work. I bring with me the benefit of experience, and willingness to compromise on features (but not quality) in order to get things done.

I have 8 years experience in web technologies. I started in in 2002 as a junior developer working with ASP and Microsoft SQL Server and now, after 8 years, I like to get my hands dirty with many of the technologies that exist. I am very good at creating robust and scalable web applications using OOP. I have experience in creating CMS and E-commerce web applications but I also like to use Flash Builder and Flash for creating interactive websites. For the last 3 years I was also project manager and I was responsible for managing a team of programmers, web designers and copyrighters. Some of my responsibilities were: tasks assignment, keeping deadlines and making sure that the final product was exactly what the client asked for. I believe that I have very good organizing and mentoring skills. I am able to break down a project to segments, recognize future problems, and make sure that the correct technologies and methodologies will be used.
