At Home, we change employees’ lives. We do this by putting people at the heart of everything we do. We create movements that captivate, energise and inspire people, helping them flourish at work. Based in beautiful Bristol, we help some of the world’s leading companies connect their business to their people and their people to their business. We believe positive experiences create the emotional connections which make a difference: between an alright day and a great one, a fine job and a fantastic one, an average employee and an amazing one.

A happy Home

We’re pretty good at creating the right sort of employee experience ourselves. We’ve just celebrated our 35th year in business, which we loved just as much as our first. Our list of lovely clients continues to grow and we’re adding new international clients all the time (thanks in no small part to our presence in America, which we’re still enormously excited about). Our team is growing too, but our average length of service is still an impressive 8.5 years. That’s because our Homies love our happy environment and the chance to make a real difference to our clients and their people. And cake.

It’s really our Homies that are the secret to our success. Each one brings their own talents to the table – quite literally on a Wednesday, when we take it in turns to cook lunch for the whole team. It’s our special time to sit down, chat, practice our dance moves and enjoy yummy food, from baked beans on toast to chocolate chili.
