About me

I'm a versatile freelance director editor and VFX artist (& founder of thewholebuffalo(R)). Experienced in creating TV & cinema commercials, title sequences, promos and short films. Drawing upon my past experiences contributing to Oscar & BAFTA winning visual effects at Framestore (on films including The Dark Knight, Where The Wild Things Are, Australia, Quantum of Solace and Harry Potter), I am adept working with both live-action and full CGI, often blending the two extensively.

Whether planning a sequence on paper, through digital pre-vis, or directing a challenging live action shoot, I remain focused and enthusiastic.

Clients often request a "self-shooting director". Where as, due to my background at Framestore (& 1st class Animation BA degree), I could best be described as a "self-posting director".
