ABOUT

The Mad Cowboy is a designer-led project merging sustainability with visual rebellion.
This limited handbag collection is 3D printed from eco-friendly PLA — a biodegradable, plant-based material — and produced on demand to eliminate overproduction and waste.

PLA — a biodegradable plastic made from corn starch and sugarcane. Each bag takes approximately one ear of corn to produce and will fully decompose in industrial composting conditions in less than 90 days.

Each bag is sculpted in Blender, printed in-house over 8+ hours, and hand-assembled. The design blends baroque curves with bold geometry, resulting in a statement object that feels more like wearable art than a fashion basic.

Even the packaging is sustainable — no plastic, just velvet dust bags.
No mass production. No leftovers. Just intentional, slow-made pieces for bold collectors.

To support the launch, I created a short 3D animation for social media and the website — a visual story that shows the bags emerging from natural textures and organic movement.

The goal was to express a deeper connection between design, material, and nature — not just sustainability as a concept, but as something tactile, alive, and emotional.
