About me
I am an experienced graphic designer with formal training and experience in journalism as well. While I was studying journalism at my university in Brazil, I worked part-time as a graphic designer and public relations assistant, producing the weekely news paper "Saude Informa" as well as brochures, folders, photographs and leaflets. Then, after graduating from that programme, I worked in marketing and public relations for a photo website in Brazil.
I've always loved drawing, painting, the visual arts and, of course, graphic design. I came to London to broaden the range of my training and experience in graphic design and publishing.
I've just finished a Graphic Design course at Kensington and Chelsea College. In terms of specific experience, I'm very confident working with Adobe Creative Suite CS2 and CS3 in the PC and Mac formats (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Acrobat) and Pagemaker, Microsoft Office and I have some experience with other software such as Quark.
Here it's worth noting that I apply myself diligently, quick to learn, self-motivated and reliable.
I very much hope that you will see my potential to contribute my professional efforts and abilities to the ongoing success of your team.
