Hope you're well and having a good day-even better being a Friday.

Apart from my experience below I have gained a 2.1 BA degree and I am knowledgeable in digital media. I am highly competent at Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Open Office, CRM, CMS, Google Docs and can operate on Mac and PC's. I would say come across as creative and analytical.

My most recent work involved working within an Artist and Brand management company as a Business Development Sales Administrator. I produced sales reports and order forecasts through collating data from accounts and translate them into statistical graphs. I helped improve some aspects of the business, such as producing new and organised order forms for each brand; customer service returns forms, product guides and creative material for meetings and presentations. I would maintain the CRM database and update the company website using its Content Management System. I introduced the company to Facebook/Twitter and helped update it with new content. The company also have a sister company which deal with the client press. As this was a varied role I often communicated with magazines, newspapers or TV companies to arrange products for shoots. I also brought in new business through researching potential clients, producing pitches, cold calling, closing sales and maintaining client relationship as well as carrying out reception, diary/travel management, and other ad hoc duties.

I had also developed a business plan (proposal) for a smartphone App for my previous employer whilst working as a sales advisor. This included research and analysis within the: mobile market (mobile sales, app downloads, target audience and competitors). I produced app ideas and concepts in Photoshop (User interface, layouts and functions). I created stages for implementation (to reduce risk) this refers to future development. I designed an app (function) overview, production map (site map), time-line, marketing strategy and financial cost. I then arranged a meeting with the Head of Marketing were I presented my plan.
