About me

As an individual aspiring to succeed and develop my career as a graphic designer, my areas of interest include vary from a wide range of such as print and packaging design however I would like to push my knowledge and understanding of other creative disciplines.

I feel that my degree has given me a firm foundation of the various skills an knowledge, which would benefit the role as a junior graphic designer. I am also an avid reader of the creative journals and aware of current trends and developments within in the graphic design and creative industry.

Having the opportunity to understand and push the concepts of design is an endless learning curve. The opportunity to carry out placements in two established design agencies has provided me with the drive to further my ambitions and become a successful designer through continuous development. Here I was required to create artwork for a range of disciplines including print, advertising and information pieces.

Through also taking on live briefs and working alongside clients has provided me with a platform to experience working with multi-disciplinary team members and develop my analytical, conceptual, research and problem solving skills further, whilst also developing a creative flair for detail.
