Please find attached a copy of my CV for your consideration, for the Studio Coordinator position.
My most recent experience may not be in a direct creative role however, I have worked as a Team Leader in the IT Helpdesk and Services industry and a Studio Manager which were both very challenging roles and demanded a high level of responsibility. Which is why I am certain that the experience and skills I have gained from my past roles can be transferred into this position. I am a great coordinator, organiser and a strong communicator on a client/customer level as well as to my direct reports. I do have a interest in design and working in more creative environments, hence my decision to focus on returning to the creative industry.
In my current position with Saffron Brand Consultants, I am the Office Manager responsible for the practical, every-day organisation and administration of the office. This position requires initiative and a multi-tasker, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
I am very determined to pave a career in studio management eventually moving in the direction of project/account management and think this position would be an ideal stepping stone for me to return back to this type of role.
I have very good knowledge of design and especially print production processes, as well as experience of trafficking studio work in design and production. I am also comfortable being in a client facing position and have confidence dealing with people of all levels.
