About me
Specialise in printed textiles. Covering all the main textile techniques whilst pushing the boundaries and experimenting with different combinations of mediums and techniques. My creative ideas were influenced by the beauty within the woods. I combined the ever different greens with the bold iridescent contrasting colours to produce a collection of fabrics for fashion, including repeat patterns and placement designs using CAD to develop my designs further. I now also feel more comfortable with contextualising and critiquing my own work and other's by performing written and verbal presentations. This was sometimes achieved with Microsoft Powerpoint and I am now at ease when using this software.
