About me

I am a graphic designer who holds a BA Honours degree in Graphic Design New Media and 2 years experience in the design industry. My current position involves the design of magazine layouts, posters, banners, shop interiors, flyers, packaging and magazine adverts. I pride myself on my retouching skills. This role has allowed me to develop basic photography skills, as well as participating in the organisation of photo shoots. I also have a broad understanding of promoting a company at exhibition standard from initial ideas to completion.

I feel confident in all the usual design applications including Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Quark Express. I have previously also used After effects, Premier, 3D Studio Max and PowerPoint. I can interpret a brief, taking initial concepts through to print-ready artwork, carefully selecting the right materials and printing processes appropriate for the job. I have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and printers to ensure a shared vision of the end product. I enjoy working in a busy environment with other creative people and would love to be considered to be part of your team.
