About me

Digital Programme Director, Technical Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager with 15+ years' experience leading digital transformation, programmes and complex delivery across products, platforms, web, mobile, data and enterprise systems.

I've worked across client-side, consultancy and agency environments in financial services, technology, automotive, property, media and publishing, retail, travel, membership and learning, and the public sector.

I bring business leadership as well as programme delivery. Earlier in my career I built and led Landor's Global Systems function across 26 offices, reporting directly to the Global CFO and COO, managing teams, suppliers and significant technology investment. At everywoman I sat on the leadership team, leading digital and data strategy, customer experience, product delivery and platform transformation.

More recent work has included enterprise Sitecore delivery for Greystar, global Sitecore XM Cloud delivery for INEOS Grenadier, programme recovery within TCS for Lloyds Banking Group, and commercial, systems and data transformation for Jacobs Media Group.

My work covers strategy and roadmaps through to programme recovery, governance, budgets and commercial control, supplier management, business cases, operating-model change, product and platform delivery, systems integration, releases, testing and service transition. I'm comfortable moving between C-suite and Board-level conversations and the detail needed to keep complex delivery moving.
