About me

I am a second year design student in Industrial Design & Technology (BSc) course at Loughborough University, UK. Currently looking for opportunities for an industrial placement as part of my four-year sandwitch course.

I am willing to work anywhere in the world, and eager to contribute in anyway possible in given design contexts.

My strength is my rather international background, (born in Australia, lived in Japan, Hong Kong and the UK and graduated an international college accommodating over 60 nationalities), enabling me to recognise the importance of cultures and societies in all design contexts.

My main design displine is industrial design, however I also have some good skills in other fields such as web design (CSS, PHP, Flash), graphic design and DTP.

Competent in using core design softwares including 3d Studio Max, Pro/Engineer, Alias Image Studio, Photoshop.

* Sep 2001 - May 2003: Gained scholarship and studied Math, Art and Design Technology as the Higher Subjects under International Baccalaureate at the United World College of Atlantic, UK. Gained IB diploma with 40 points, top 5% of the world IB cohort
