Taira Foo is a groundbreaking choreographer who has established herself as a major force in the dance world. Her work is not only visually stunning, but it is also known for its raw, unfiltered expression of the human experience.

Taira is the founder and artistic director of TF Dance Co, a story-based company that brings the narrative ballet art-form into the 21st century.

Taira's rapid-fire, high-energy choreography delivers powerful emotional performances that have earned her critical acclaim. Her recent work has been described as "gripping," "intensely moving," "one million miles an hour stuff," and "imaginative and brilliant to watch." Drawing on strong contemporary and street-dance influences, Taira has created her own trademark style that is both captivating and unforgettable.

Company credits include Snow Patrol's 'Don't Give in,' featuring TF Dance Co, other notable performances include 'Prisoner 466,' which was funded by The Arts Council and shown at 'The House Of Lords,' and the short film 'Carly's exit,' which premiered at The San Francisco Dance Film Festival and the New York 'Dance for camera' Festival. Taira is currently working on the 4th phase of her new work ' S I C K' which follows one man's journey through depression. With support from the Arts council, she is working towards touring the work in and around the UK.

Taira has also choreographed numerous theatre productions, music videos, and corporate events. She has choreographed 10 professional pantomimes in and around the UK. Her extensive performance career spans over two decades, including performing in the original cast of We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre, Chicago, Grease, Fame, The Snowman, Royal Variety Show, Queens Jubilee, Party in the Park, Michael Parkinson and most recently in feature film Fast X (Fast & Furious 10)
