Good afternoon,

I have read your advertisement for a Junior Designer with great interest as I believe that my skills and qualifications match your requirements for this position.

I would welcome the chance to apply the skills and knowledge I have gained to your vacancy and I feel my abilities and experience would prove to be an asset for your organization.

Currently I am working as a Freelance Designer and Illustrator and I have been involved in a number of projects, from infographics, illustrations, branding, logo design to comic books and concept art. As a comic book colorist for HACBD I also supervised the printing process, making sure the colors printed correctly and that the color plates were properly aligned (they used a large scale rotary offset printer). I've also been involved in a couple of personal silk screen printing projects.

I am comfortable working both as part of a team or individually and have an in-depth understanding of all the necessary Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Also, I am proficient in using both PC and Mac OS.
