About me
Swati is a Mumbai based food stylist cum Food commercial Director. Having a background in visual communication, she likes to understand a brand's journey and create drool worthy food visuals that captivate the attention of a viewer.
From early on, she realised that it takes a fabulous team to seamlessly execute creative ideas around food and hence works with a team of chefs, prop stylist and kitchen assistants. Her studio is well equipped with a backend kitchen, prop shop as well as a shoot kitchen where she shoots digital content for various food brands. Centred around the idea of "good food brings the best out of people", she garners her inspiration by constantly engaging with creative minds and shoot personal projects at her studio besides the one she is commissioned for. With plenty of accolades and work featured in leading magazines one thing is certain, no matter how hard a culinary task may seem, she makes it look like a piece of cake!
Swati has most recently worked on the Burger King India menu board and also convinced a chocolate brand like Cadbury to move away from shooting dark and moody. She loves it when clients put faith in her visualisation and bespoke execution and hence works with global & local brands like Baskin Robbins, Pillsbury, Subway, KFC, Amul, Starbucks, ITC limited, Maggi and many more. Her panache to take up a challenge has landed her assignments for Bollywood feature She has worked with many Bollywood directors on their feature film projects over the years.
