Dear Sir or Madam,
Since 2006 I have had the role of Customer Relations Manager at Watermans Art Centre in Brentford, and I am now looking to advance my career and move up to a position with greater responsibility, so that I can expand my skill-base and further build my experience.
In my role at Watermans Art Centre I am responsible for the day to day running of the centre, managing front of house and call centre staff (10 staff per shift), coordinating technicians and catering staff, to ensure that our theatre, cinema, gallery, studios and restaurant are run efficiently and according to our clients and customers' expectations. My other duties include IT network management, marketing pre-production, agreeing hires and drawing up contracts for our clients, while ensuring health and safety regulations within the centre at all times and responding to emergencies.
