I am writing to apply for the position of a Conceptual Copywriter (Ref: ONE/E/J56695).

I have been working as a copywriter for just over two years and got my first real insight of working with prominent and luxury brands such as Sony, Apple and Bose during my time at Dixons Retail. This position gave me the opportunity to write copy for campaigns, tech guides and product pages and developed my ability to tailor my tone of voice according to the brand or readership. After Dixons Retail, I worked on freelance projects, which included writing articles for three online publications, web content for independent companies and wrote three prize-winning short stories.

My time as a copywriter has cultivated my understanding of the needs of the client and of the brand, ensuring that I represent their vision whilst remaining conceptual in my approach.
