Susie Macarthur, former partner at Albion, is Partner at Untitled Worldwide where she leads international operations. During her time at Albion, Susie helped launch and grow some of the best known VC backed start-ups from the UK including Skype, King, Innocent, Zoopla and giffgaff. She also worked with larger corporates like Jose Cuervo, Aviva, Compare the Market and Thomas Cook to behave more like the businesses trying to disrupt them. Prior to Albion, Susie spent 11 years at global marketing agencies, creating and delivering purposeful and awarded campaigns across multiple sectors and markets for global brands such as Adidas, Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble and Land Rover.

Susie brings to Untitled Worldwide a unique understanding of startup companies and their particular growth challenges, both domestic and international. In her past year at Untitled, Susie has helped the European social gaming company, Pretty Simple, launch their hit game Criminal Case Pacific Bay in the US, and the fast-growing beauty startup, Glossier, launch their brand in the UK.
