Customer experience professional with over a decade of industry experience. I have worked on B2B and B2C projects ranging from large-scale, complex data applications through to service lead mobile, kiosks and tablet, responsive web and TV applications. I love everything about user experience design. I am always thinking about the needs of end users, inviting collective participation and interaction at every level. I am a creative, client facing UX designer with great inter-personal skills and a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise.
