About me
I am working as a full time TL, providing customer service to potential customers. In my shift, I will consistently providing high level of face-to-face customer service, Interact and assist customers to purchase the right products according to their requirements.
I am responsible for dealing with KPI report, stock management, Shrink (loss prevention), sales and return, my general office/admin work involves me with generating & printing daily/weekly reports, spread sheet up gradation for cash office, faxing & screening, attending telephone calls & sometimes work with payroll query.
I am responsible to deal with depot regarding to stock & inventory adjustment via RSS.
I am given responsibility to do conference call with area manager for bakery for updates & forecast for the bakery department, including next week plans & past/current week issues.
In order to receive feedback from staff and customers regarding of the store environment.
