About me

I am from the Republic of Korea (South Korea), have been in London for 2 years as MFA student in Ravensbourne, North Greenwich.

I used to be a concept artist in game development company in Korea for 3 years after graduated graphic design in Hanyang University, Korea.

I am really interested in animation and game design. Especially designing concept and characters.

I'm living in just east side of London, near Canary Wharf so easy to get into Central of London. I'm a person who have fully responsible for my works. And I guarantee that I'm a person who having really open minded and enjoy socialising with other people.

Skills

Illustration by adobe illustrator, photoshop and coral painter. Of course by pencil and pen illustration and korean tradisional brushing as well., Graphic design by adobe illustrator, photoshop and indesign. Used to use quark express long time ago but not in used about 8 years., Moving image and Animation by autodesk 3DsMax, Maya and adobe after effects. Also, hand-drawn animated images.

Sector Experience

I used to a student body president of design department in 2006, Hanyang University, Korea. From this time I've learned how think big, not only for me or my group but how make it better for others also., From 2008-2010, worked as a concept art designer and game desinger in game company, Busan, Korea. It was hard part of work to adjustment between designing team and programming team. Design team sometimes require a lot advanced works to programme team and I was a member of design team. I found out this error came from lack of communication between the team who work with. I tried studying basic of programme language we used to use. And explaining progress of design team and our vision to programme team members. It wasn't a problem solve completely but anyway, we were better understand each other and started respect opinions.
