About me

I am a highly motivated individual and approach my work in an organised and thorough manner this has enabled me to balance designing three monthly newspapers and also working freelance for a range of clients. This has enhanced core competencies such as planning, decision making, problem solving and an ability to communicate at all levels.

I am articulate and able to think quickly. I demonstrated this when meeting tight deadlines as I am the sole Designer for the Coventry, Warwick, and Staffordshire Advertiser on a monthly basis. Furthermore I keep myself updated with the latest design software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat. I also have basic knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver and Flash. My comprehensive understanding of these software packages enable me to design at a professional and extremely high level.

On a regular basis I witness the importance of communicating clearly, effectively and paying attention to detail whilst receiving feedback from clients on my art work. These skills require me to listen carefully: then act decisively to ensure the adverts not only meet the needs of clients but also ensure my work is up to a high standard.
