I am a freelance designer from Japan and based in Brooklyn, NY.

My design principles are beauty, simplicity, and efficiency, with a little bit of playful humor to bring a smile to someone's face.

Also, I try to incorporate traditional techniques of crafts into my design work. I trust that good design can help to preserve, innovate and re-introduce the disappearing techniques in the future.
