I am an award winning graphic designer with considerable knowledge and experience, and a quick glance at my CV, and especially my website, will be enough to convince you that I have all the relevant experience, qualities and skills.

I have a proven track record of successful design and branding. I am currently working as the Media Relations Executive (Design) at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), ensuring the effective delivery of NICE's communications strategy with a particular focus on communicating the activities of NICE and its guidance to the media using innovative design and branding.

I believe that the knowledge I acquired whilst working at NICE and in previous positions, significantly overlaps with the requirements of this role.

My Key Proficiencies

- At NICE, I am responsible for the management and execution of a variety of design projects, spanning all media, from brief through to successful completion

- I develop and use infographics to bring statistics to life and to explain NICE's work

- I have provided effective work across a variety of platforms, including print communications (display banners, brochures, exhibition stands, magazine, flyers, etc), infographics (Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat), digital (presentations, websites, Shorthand), branding and identity, internal and external communication campaigns and other collateral on a regular basis, for a variety of purposes and tailored to individual requirements

- I have acted as Brand Guardian, ensuring that the organisations stay within the bounds of the given brand guidelines

- I can easily and efficiently liaise directly and work with teams from across organisations to establish their design requirements

- I am able to be creative within briefs while remaining mindful of the constraints of brand, cost and time

- I have been responsible for the procurement of print, preparation and proofing of artwork for print and print management, ensuring quality and timely dispatch

- I work closely with the in-house digital marketing and web team to develop design and technical skills for online media

- At St John Ambulance, I created the new visual language and promoted the brand and compliance by putting together the visual identity guidelines and brand resource website

- I can provide creative assistance for internal client departments with bid documentation and presentations

- I commission, source and lead direction of design, photography and illustration

- I am quick to develop an excellent understanding of the organisations, the industries and competition

- I ensure the accurate and high quality of work through attention to detail
