A highly experienced Operations Consultant & Head of Operations, with a unique range of experience gained from over 25 years working with corporates, agencies, and management consultancies.

I specialise in working with marketing and events agencies to help them improve their operations to increase efficiency, productivity, and profit. I believe that successful change is the result of understanding the culture of a business and the personalities involved as much as it is about systems, process,es and technology.

I have been working with agencies in this space for the last 10 years. My experience is based on 25 years of working in a project and production capacity in the same kind of agencies, delivering complex projects that include digital, creative, spatial design, construction, and technology for clients including Diageo, 3-Mobile, HTC, Capgemini & Capita. I have recently added Blockchain, Digital Transformation, and Prince2 Agile Practitioner to my qualifications
