About me

I am a third year student at Staffordshire Uniiversity studying Journalism and Media studies, due to finish 30th April 2009. I have qualifications in Journalism law and newswriting.

I have a strong passion for writing and would thoroughly enjoy a job in the media as I think I would be good at the job.

I consider myself to be hardworking, punctual, and get on with any job I get given.

At University I had experience using Quark Express on Apple Macs as well as experience with sub editing.

I worked at the student bar for three years, where I worked up to be supervisor. My duties involved emptying tills with large amounts of money inside, sorting staff breaks and making sure the venue was running smoothly.

I have A levels in French and Spanish and I am hoping to take these up again once I graduate, as I feel this would be a useful asset to have.

I have had work published on websites and also practice writing articles and submit them to magazines. My project that I am doing for my third year is going to be published between June and July of this year.
