About me

As well as an extensive creative background in a variety of media environments, with excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, I have spent the last four years nurturing a career in website design, having initially attained an Open University Certificate in Web Applications.

I am proficient in HTML and CSS, currently adopting the latest features and functions of HTML5 and CSS3, as well as designing sites specifically for handheld devices such as iPads and Smartphones. I also possess competent, but maturing programming skills in PHP, MySQL and JQuery.

I work equally well in a team or individually, thrive under pressure and am keen to utilise my existing skills, as well as embrace new working practices and developing media technologies.

I am keen to develop and advance my career in website design and feel that I can bring a great deal to this role and your company by siphoning inspiration and expertise from my creative and programming background.
