About me
I'm an award winning Creative director/ art director and copywriter with 25+ years
experience.
I help brands communicate through gaining a deep understanding of their businesses in order to deliver original, and engaging creative across all channels.
My aim is help them connect with their customers and target audiences, with intelligent solutions that trigger all the right emotional buttons.
As a seasoned creative director / art director / copywriter I am both able, and very experienced in leading, mentoring and inspiring creative teams.
Having started my career as an illustrator, creating traditional hand drawn visuals has always been second nature. I'm also equally happy creating visuals on screen from scamp level right through to high end renders.
So whatever the campaign I'm confident I can bring it to life, be it digital first, print or multi-channel.
My experience has seen me work across many channels and sectors. These include digital, print, packaging, radio, OOH and TVC for retail, automotive, food & beverage and B2B with national and international clients to deliver what I call... more than just words and pictures.
Services
As a conceptual creative I believe my key strength is that I can both write and art direct - you get two for one, making me very good value. Additionally as seasoned creative director (I've held that position four times during my career to date) I'm happy to work with and mentor your teams as well as lead projects and present concepts and pitches to your clients.
I'm happy to work in-house as an extension of your team or from my own fully equipped studio.
I'm currently available for short and long term freelance art direction / creative direction roles and I will also consider perm opportunities should the right role present itself.
