About me
As a qualified Graphic and Exhibition Designer I have wide ranging experience in various design disciplines including design for print, exhibition planning and presentation. I currently work as a freelancer but have also been a team member in design studios, most notably as a 2D Graphic Designer with PLB Design with their 'Interpret Britain' award winning Leamington Spa permanent exhibition and the award nominated King's Lynn Custom House museum.
As well as design software packages like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Quark Xpress I like to use traditional, hands-on techniques such as pencil, marker, paint and model making which gives greater scope to my creative work. I can even turn my hand to a bit of technical drawing when required. Recently I gained a qualification as a Further Education teacher specialising in digital imaging, typography, model making and printmaking.
