About me

Having worked as a designer for the last two years, my experience has predominately been focused around the design for print and layouts sector - work ranging from editorial and corporate design to digital illustration, advertising and promotional artwork. I am now looking to build upon my past experience, and expand my knowledge and skill base.

I am a fast learner, have a keen eye for detail and love embracing new challenges. Working for two printed publications has allowed me to sharpen my layout and typographical skills. Some of my responsibilities included designing pages in InDesign, cutting out and re-touching images in Photoshop, colour correction, preparing pages for print and uploading the final PDFs to the printers server. My experience at both these magazines has taught me the importance of team work and establishing strong communication at all levels - it has enabled me with the confidence and foresight to work to tight deadlines in such a fast paced industry and will provide you with someone who is accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously under extremely stressful conditions.
