I am an Experience/Service Designer and Design Ops Lead at Aldi Sud's global design team, with a primary focus on enhancing customer experiences and optimising the design process. My background in Digital design enables me to better understand and cater to the needs of both customers and the business.
In my role, I am committed to enhancing and developing new online services for Aldi Sud's global digital operations, spanning across 11 countries. My expertise lies in User Experience Design, ensuring that our services resonate with our users and provide exceptional experiences.
As the Design Operations lead, I am dedicated to driving our team towards continuous improvement, greater efficiency, stronger relationships, and ultimately, achieving the best possible design outcomes.
