Dear Sir/Madame

Further to your job advertisement on the Creativepool website for the position of junior digital/ web designer. I know I have the necessary skills, qualifications and ability to make a difference in this key role within your organisation. I previously worked for Charles Taylor Consulting as a Graphic Designer and have been producing various 2D and 3D projects. I graduated from the University of Portsmouth in June 2012 were I studied Computer Games Technology.

I have enclosed my CV for your perusal and you will see from my previous work experience that I am a very sociable, productive and cooperative worker either working on my own initiative or within a group. I have an excellent work ethic and I am eager to learn and further develop my skills which I feel your company would enable me to do.

I am particularly interested in this job because I feel it very much relates to the area of work I wish to progress to. I aspire to work within 3D and 2D Graphic Design, such as 3D modelling for landscapes, environments and 2D Textures and Designs for advertisement, and posters, packaging and websites. Therefore I have been studying 3DS max, The Adobe suite and Z brush which is widely used in the industry. I have used all the Microsoft Office Packages and many other programmes throughout my education and work also I am very keen on producing PowerPoint's and excel spreadsheets. This has allowed me to develop techniques for future tasks and projects.
