About me
I have just finished a 5 year contract working for Warner Bros in London in the Product Development team helping procure and deliver special print packaging for our DVD and Blu-Ray releases.
Some of the key titles I have worked on are the Dark Knight movies, Harry Potter, The Hobbit plus many others.
My job has given me strong experience in the following areas:
- Project planning and critical path management
- Budgeting and cost negotiating with vendors and print suppliers to ensure final product meets P&L
- Working with marketing teams worldwide on preparing briefs and cost efficient packaging solutions for upcoming releases
- Ensuring quality production of final print run
- Solving any artwork or print issues that may arise that could affect quality or time of final product
- BOM and PO management
- SAP and Artwork database management.
