About me
I`m a highly driven individual with extensive customer relation management experience acquired principally in the retail industry. After accruing many soft skills in the retail industry I returned to education and completed a business studies degree with an expected 2.1. I believe I combine a good level of commercial awareness with a commitment to customer care. I enjoy being part of team and motivating others to perform well. I have strong IT skills and am also competence in the latest sales industry software, Sales force. I undertake a wide range of activities; I`m particularly keen on personal fitness and have plans to do a diving course.
