To Whom It May Concern,

For the past three years, I have worked for a communication company specialised in integrated communication campaigns for European institutions such as, the European Commission, the European Council and the European Parliament. Over these years, I have developed complex pan- European communication campaigns for public institutions targeting the general public as well as specific stakeholders.

Before joining Mostra, I graduated from an MBA from Boston University with a Distinguished Scholar Award, and it is with this corporate mind set that I was able to strategically guide the company to balance the Institutional environment in which it found itself with the more cutting- edge advances inherent in modern business ethos.

I was then promoted twice over the years, until reaching the position of Business Development Department Manager, I have since shared co-responsibility along with the BD Director and Partner of the firm of devising and implementing the BD strategy of the firm, overseeing and managing the

BD budget and training and managing new staff in the department.

My other responsibilities include the supervision and training of the bid management team on the preparation of tenders for EU Institutions, rebranding the company as the public relations manager of the firm, as well as acting out a print project management role for the European Public Service

Union.

In my role as public relations manager, I have revamped the company's graphic identity, revamped the company's website, developed an intranet, newsletter and organised numerous high profile events for our internal staff and clients.

As my former role as bid manager, I have coordinated the submission of over 60 communication strategies, with budgets of up to 10 M Euros a year. This responsibility has allowed me to enhance my organisational, creative and leadership skills. With over 40 contributors, external and internal, to any one offer, this experience has taught me to act quickly and make important decisions in very stressful circumstances.

Moreover, elaborating integrated communication strategies, has meant that I have had to brief, review, assess, correct and improve strategies in the field of audiovisual and press relations (press briefings, press trips, media landscapes, contact with journalists, etc), print publication, event organisation, audiovisual production (VNR production, video clips, etc), web development (websites, blogs, forums, E-magazines, newsletters) and social media campaigns (viral marketing, online media buying, guerrilla campaigns, etc). Moreover, I have acted as the creative director for the visual proposals of most of these strategies. Lastly, with a success rate of 53% of bids won, I have been able to play a central role in increasing the company's turnover from €5 M to €25M over the past three years.

Lastly, as a project manager, I managed the development and oversaw the production of folders, leaflets and posters for the European Federation of Public Service Unions.

Having graduated with a Bachelors Degree in History of Art from UCL (University College London) and having thereafter obtained an MBA and Management at Boston University, I believe a project management or business development role in a creative environment is a perfect match for my ambitions and skill- set. Having said that, my true passion lies in creation, ideas and innovation, that is why I could also see myself thriving in a Junior Creative Director position.

In my spare time I have designed numerous graphic images for reproduction on canvas. In addition, I am a qualified graphic designer, proficient in the use of the Adobe creative suite software. I am also bilingual in English and French and speak a very advanced level of Spanish.

I am a very quick learner, and have proved on many occasions my ability to adapt and socialise in many different environments. In this light, I very much hope that my application will be positively reviewed so that I may be invited for an interview, where I could demonstrate in person my keenness to join your firm and be part of such a creative and exciting environment.
