About me
Hi, I'm Steph an illustrator from Bulgaria and based in Brighton, UK
I love anything surrounding conceptual narratives and mystery, working with metaphors and abstract elements. I liken to leave my images open for interpretation, and provoke the viewer to always find something they can relate to.
My creative process involves experimenting with analogue approach using mark-making, and merging it with digital softwares to imitate a sense of printmaking through overlapping colours and textures. On the side I dabble in creative writing like poetry and short stories which also play an important part in my illustration practice.
