About me
KYANCHI STUDIO founded officially in 2020 by Stef Berresford after 12+ years designing in the fashion, graphics, textiles & creative industries.
Graduating in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design, Stef has since gone on to design apparel & apparel prints/ graphics across all genres & markets for clients & companies worldwide including Zara, Fashion Nova, Bershka, American Eagle, Primark, Forever 21, Encuentro, Cortefiel, FootAsylum, Fatface, George, Reserved, Original Geek and many more.
Stef is a well-travelled, global designer having undertaken regular design & development trips throughout her career to manufacturing territories such as China, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, India, Turkey & Portugal, This has enabled her to gain key knowledge about the fashion manufacturing & supply chain system. Additionally she has undertaken regular design research trips & trade show visits to Los Angeles, Berlin, Seoul, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona, Stockholm, Ibiza & Copenhagen.
Kyanchi Studio was born out of a love for 'all things design', predominately with a background in fashion, we do not believe in putting design (or designers for that matter!) in boxes. We are multi-disciplined.
We take inspiration from music & pop culture, art history, photography, moving image & animation, textiles, surface pattern & graphics, home decor, the list goes on and on. What appeals to us is how all these mediums fuse together to create beautiful works of art in everyday life.
Our aim is to provide solutions to your problems, however big or small.
We challenge ourselves daily to make the world a better place through the power of design.
