I cut my teeth at a digital creative agency, where I helped clients like Nationwide Building Society, Telefónica, and Three mobile to create engaging, effective content for everything from retail marketing to customer and internal communications.
Always cool, calm and collected, I keep the First Word team on their toes with my meticulous planning and time management and my infamous 'eagle-eye' for typos. I'm now helping clients like Allianz, GWR and the British Library to help their teams write with real personality.
