About me

I am an enthusiastic, positive person who enjoys helping others. I finished college in 2010 with plans of going to University to study Graphic Design. However, in 2011, I decided that university wasn't for me so I began to look for a job. Whilst at college, I developed a good understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and QuarkXpress, much of this came from self-teaching and taking part in specified classes. I also learnt various creative techniques such as printmaking, ceramics, photography and illustration. I have 2 years experience in a retail environment, where I developed many skills such as, communication, teamwork, flexibility and decision making. I also developed more self confidence which I feel helps me motivate and direct others. In my spare time I enjoy arts and crafts, card-making, socialising, using the internet, blogging and walking. I also take part in various group activities at the Early Years Centre in Hollystitches Road, Nuneaton. These activities have allowed me to grow in confidence and to further improve my interpersonal skills.
