Leveraging data trails, research insights, brand truths, user behaviours and cultural trends in order to grow brands - translating findings into marketing plans, brand visions, strategies & creative opportunities that generate effective returns for brands.

I've been lucky enough to find valuable strategies in some of the best-known and most creative agencies around the world, growing a talent for strategic planning into the ability to build high-performing teams of strategic and creative thinkers. In my career, I've won both creative and strategy awards on major brands for both global and US/UK brands.

In 2016, I was elected Chair of the UK Effie Steering Committee, driving the growth of this effectiveness award, giving me the chance to help drive the recognition of great marketing strategy and the impact that can have on brand value.
