About me

Having worked closely on a global Change Management and SAP
Deployment spanning 4 continents, I became a key contributor in
defining the awareness strategy, Change and communication plan for our
hubs globally.
I defined and ran road shows throughout Asia Pacific evangelizing
the programme objective, liaising with all levels of personnel from End
User to CFO Level.

I hence note my particular strengths below.
•Production of Cultural Awareness and Customs
documentation.

.Presentation of cultural material to key stakeholders using
PowerPoint.

.Planning and implementing awareness seminars.

•Optimization of end user experience through the Intranet modem of
communication

•Interfacing with Senior Engineering staff and Project Managers
geographically interspersed

•Creative thinking “outside of the box” to deliver
clear but “eye catching” material advocating the
project

•A knack of producing “cheat sheets” and one stop
guides enabling many potential cultural pitfalls to be overcome.

I have felt that I have always had a clear understanding of the
differing needs of people and how to meet those needs. This has been an
integral part of my work where I have been responsible for planning and
implementing programmes and projects as part of Social Services in the
UK
As a manager, I managed a number of staff providing monthly
supervision and annual appraisals, developing their development plans
and ensuring they get the appropriate training.
I have always worked professionally following Policy and Procedures.
I liaised with other partners and professionals adopting a multi
disciplinary approach, to ensuring a good service based on best
practice.
I am motivated, enthusiastic, honest and a good team player. I
manage my time well and ensured good communication amongst the
team.
