About me

This application is intended for the vacancy submitted for Fashion Print Designer. The job application clearly states a variety of skills and characteristics which I believe, I possess.

Having successfully completed my degree in Printed Textiles; during which I took a placement year-out, I gained 12 months invaluable design experience at Diane Von Furstenberg- New York, Nicole Farhi and Jack Jones Design.

The variety of experience and roles I have completed, I feel make me a suitable candidate for this role as Fashion Print Designer. Having studied Printed Textiles I have acquired excellent drawing and technical skills and a strong awareness of colour and materials. During my previous experience I have seen many aspects of the design industry and the processes required to enable the production of a collection. I feel this is the perfect role in which I will be able to make a valuable contribution to a fashion conscious brand, by using my past experience, design skills and passion for the industry.
