Having achieved a 2:1 in English Literature from Royal Holloway

University of London in June 2006 I have since played an integral part in an independent media sales house for over a year, and am looking to further my skills and broaden my career horizons.

I have managed the classified sales of Candis Magazine, the UK's number one selling women's monthly subscription magazine, as well as selling display advertising and inserts. I am experienced in dealing with a number of brands and meeting clients face to face when presenting the magazine to them.

The time has now come for me to expand my knowledge of the media industry and, more importantly, to apply my literary skills to my work in search of a career

where I am free to exercise my creativity. I have learned many valuable things from the world of media sales, but would like to expand on these skills and take them to a new level where I can incorporate them with the creative and analytical techniques I learnt in my degree. To have a career that involves writing creatively on any scale would be a dream come true for me. I am able to provide a CV for your reference.
