To Whom It May Concern,

I am an ambitious, self-motivated graduate of the University of Birmingham with two and a half years specialist IT recruitment experience. I am looking for a new challenge within account management.

My business often required me to understand and communicate with professionals at all levels of seniority in order to maintain and develop client relationships and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their recruitment process. Interacting with clients was a particularly interesting and successful part of my work.

I was required to work to deadlines and targets in a pressurised environment to ensure that my clients experienced a positive outcome increasing their revenue and industry reputation whilst saving them time. I was often faced with difficult situations where it was necessary to manage customer expectations and prioritise my workload accurately to ensure professional, high quality solutions were delivered.

Furthermore, I am an enthusiastic team player and regularly attended social events with colleagues in order to build relationships.

Since completing my training in recruitment, I have not felt that there are the future opportunities for career progression and personal development that I seek. My skills and interests are in understanding, managing and developing client and customer relationships.I believe account management would utilise my business skills whilst offering me a fulfilling and rewarding career
