I am writing with regards to the above role.

I recently completed my final year of University studying a BSc (Hons) in International Fashion Marketing at Manchester

Metropolitan University, graduating with First Class Honours.

The modules I studied included Financial Management and Statistics, Fashion Business, Product Development Theory, Product Development Applications, Fashion Marketing, Fashion Logistics and Creative Marketing.

I have previously worked full time within the marketing department within the head office of Bench (Americana International). Similarly, I have worked for PR fashion agency Red Alert whose clients include Blauer, Scotch & Soda and Supertrash.

In addition to this I have interned for an online lifestyle magazine for the past 2 years in which I wrote editorial and conducted interviews for their online fashion and beauty section.

The nature of my degree has prepared me for this position as it involved a great deal of independent research, self-motivation as well as providing full training on a wide range of software packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw, Coral Photo paint, V-Stitcher, and Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.

Furthermore, my writing and presentation skills are of a high standard as too are my interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

I am applying for this position as it presents an opportunity to use the knowledge and skills I have developed throughout my studies and education, my extensive retail experience and my consistent and relevant work experience.
