About me

I am a freelance graphic designer looking for a permanent role. I graduated in 2005 from the Bournemouth Inst. gaining a 2:1 honors degree.

Working in various agencies and gaining work on my own has benefited me in different ways. Agency work continues to improve my knowledge of the professional design process - from early concepts right through to the finished article. My knowledge of print production and artwork handling in particular has rapidly grown and continues to do so. Yet, working on my own also has the major reward of working directly with those involved i.e the client, PR groups, sign-writers, printers etc...

I am positioned mainly within the print side of design, yet I am comfortable with web also. I have predominantly worked in Direct Mail, and Corporate Identity, yet I feel willing to take on varying graphic disciplines. Ultimately, branding has developed to be my favoured area of work. In addition to artworking, I relish the opportunity for conceptual and visualising roles.
