About me

A performance-driven individual with 13 years of experience working in Advertising, Communications and Events Management.

Whilst working in managerial positions in the marketing and events sector, I have learnt how to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with people at all levels, manage the successful delivery of projects/campaigns, control budgets and of course develop great organizational and administrative skills.

My background lies within the events, marketing, advertising and account/project management world and I've specialised in these industries over the last 13 years. I have worked in agencies such as GREY Advertising and FRUKT and have managed a wide range of clientele including Formula 1, Matthew Clark, National Trust and more. Whether it be working within agencies or in a freelance capacity, I am adaptable and hit the ground running. All the projects I have worked on, including my personal projects (The Coffee House Project and Shelf Studio) have involved brand development, as well as project, budget, client and team management.

In 2018 I co-founded The Coffee House Project, an award winning coffee festival and a first for Bristol, which is now in its third year (we recently adapted to a digital format due to Covid - 19). As a team of two, this venture gave me the opportunity to get my hands into every single area needed to bring this project to life successfully. This included areas such as brand development, sponsorship/ exhibitors and community management, strategy, operations, marketing and social media management, client relations, event programming, creative conception, budget planning and management and so much more. During the past three years I have worked closely with brands such as Oatly, KeepCup, LaMarzocco, Tia Maria, Tate and more.

Whether I am agency based or delivering my own projects, I am a self-starter who knows how to deliver a multiplicity of projects. I can cope with highly stressful moments, tackle seemingly insurmountable challenges and keep my cool with a smile on my face. I have worked with some of the most demanding clients in the industry but have always delivered a project to the highest standard and am motivated by the challenge in hand. I am project driven and thrive on turning a vision into a tangible reality. I believe the success of a project is down to a strong team and solid foundation, it's about spreading positive energy in the workplace and success is motivating people to enjoy what they do.
