I am writing in response to your advertisement for a Experiential and events designer. I was very excited to learn that Profiles Creative seeks a Designer. Having graduated from Faculty of Architecture of Lisbon this November with a Master degree in Product Design and having previous work experience in Entwurfreich and MBD Design agency, I am confident that I offer the preparation and skills required to meet your needs.

I would love to be part of your team firstly because, even though I am a product designer, I wish for a job where I can apply multiple design skills in a global design idea, from the interior design to the brand experience. Secondly, I am confident that Profiles Creative would offer me great challenges and interesting projects and above all, opportunity to grow and learn from exceptional and talented people. Events design is a big interest of mine and I am looking forward for a chance to work in the field for clients as interesting as yours.

My training experience encompasses a very diverse design background, I developed projects within the areas of furniture design, retail design, transportation design and even graphic design. I have knowledge of manufacturing processes, during my studies for several projects, I developed complex prototypes using technologies such as, wood machinery, laser cutter, 3d printer and milling machines. In MBD Design, I assisted the design team with creative research, concepts development, 3D modeling (Solidworks and Rhino), rendering and image treatment in Photoshop. I am comfortable with 2D/3D programs, and Adobe software, I am a skilled sketcher and I can show easily my ideas.

Briefly, I can characterize myself as a creative, pro-active and ambitious person, I am also very friendly, social and easy-going. I am passionate, committed, motivated, I work hard and pay attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. As someone that has already worked and studied abroad, it is easy for me to adapt to new environments and I am more than eager to travel.
