About me

I have worked in UX for 14 years. Initially, I worked as an Information Architect, then later a UX/UI Designer before moving into User Research where I am today. I first undertook research work 10 years ago. As a UX Designer, I would often do research and testing as part of the role. Now I do it full time. I thoroughly enjoy discovery work and later testing conceptual designs, sprint user stories and post-launch, analysis. However, all previous User experience work informs and enhances what I do. I can work well with User Experience and UI Designers since I understand what they do.
