About me

My name is Simone Zahradka.
I am a Creative armed with 10 years experience (Primarily Digital
and Illustration), living in London.

I'm presently on the lookout for a challenging new career
opportunity , either as a freelancer or perm.
I have always been a highly valued member of any brainstorm and
conceptualization process. I have the ability to inject thoughtful
ideas and energy into a group situation and keep it running high for
hours.
I love to dig in and get my hands dirty. I'm not an Art Director who
simply waves the baton or neglects their craft. I have very strong
skills working within the Creative Suite and I'm not afraid to use
them! I am known for a high-end finish, attention to detail and bold
and unique visual solutions.
Illustration
to return to my alma mater to teach Illustration and Character Design
to 3rd and 4th year students within the department I graduated from
(Visual Communications). I did so, as a Sessional Instructor, for a
year (before moving to Paris for a year to pursue some personal
work).
My illustration style is candy-for-the-eyes, fiercely colorful,
dynamic and often laced with wit and joy.

I've executed everything from digital icon sets for Procter& Gamble
to intensive private commissions.
Finally, my most valuable asset i feel, is my attitude. I'm a
positive, direct, fair and honest person. This way-of-being tends to
bring out the best in myself and those that I work with. Im not afraid
to challenge an idea or to celebrate another's creative successes. The
end-goal for me is to harmonize as a team to effectively deliver the
most meaningful and inspiring work possible.
